Terms of Service

PawAI Lab offers the following subscription tiers:

The Starter plan is permanently available at no cost. No free trial is offered for paid plans. Credits refresh monthly, aligned with your billing cycle.

Each AI feature usage consumes credits from your monthly allowance. A "photo scan" is defined as any single submission of an image to our AI analysis features (Stool Analyzer, Food Safety Scanner). Text-based AI consultations consume credits separately. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to your registered email address before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may upgrade your plan at any time; upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades.

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over approximately 2 weeks. If all retry attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to the Starter (Free) plan. You may re-subscribe at any time by updating your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

The PawAI Lab platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Aifoxin Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

You own all AI-generated content produced through your use of PawAI Lab, including pet names, meal plans, and analysis results. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes without restriction.

By uploading images or other content to PawAI Lab, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI analysis. Images are processed ephemerally and are not retained on our servers after analysis is complete. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

PawAI Lab does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. You should always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received from PawAI Lab.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

For any court proceedings not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@pawailab.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
